Toothpick Head is a character and the main antagonist of his only episode "Nightmare".
Overview
Toothpick Head is a monster with a mammalian-like body and a sandwich for a head. His face is comprised of olives for the nose and eyes, toothpicks around the head, and spices in place of long eyebrows.
In a horror movie, he is first seen pursuing two characters. When his targets went to a dead end, the girl used birds to attack him and he is finally defeated with a toaster.
He appears again when he encounters CatDog in their house, but following the same scenario in the movie. After he's defeated, it's revealed that he is Winslow in disguise. However, the real Toothpick Head appears after CatDog flees from their house. He tells Winslow that his trick is the second oldest in the book.
Supposedly, mold is an effective weapon against him as it's "Bread's worst enemy". However, it's unknown exactly how effective this really is as both attempts at using it were thwarted by Toothpick Head himself.
