Tallulah is a recurring character whom Cat has had a crush on. CatDog and Tallulah first met during the "Abe Lincoln superstar" musical. In "You're Fired” Tallulah is looking for her soulmate who she wants to be "Loyal as a dog and as clever as a cat. In “Stunt CatDog” Cat tries to get a kiss from Tallulah. And in “The Old CatDog and the Sea” CatDog win a contest to be on "Talking with Tallulah" where they make up a story of how they got their swordfish.
