Snidely is a minor character in Catdog. He only appears in Silents Please!. He is seen putting a damsel in distress and catdog knocks him away and rescues the damsel, but it's part of a filming set.
He is a crow. He wears a hat and has a mustache. He wears a coat and wears striped pants. Due to colorblindess and laryngitis, he doesn't have any lines or says anything.

He likes putting and tying damsels to railways to get them run over.
