Sally is Cat’s old high school crush. She only appears in the episode "Back to School" and she works at their old high school as an English teacher.
Role in episode
Cat writes her a note saying that he can't wait to dance with her at the reunion dance. He tells Dog to pass the note to Sally but he shouts which causes her to be angry with Cat telling him that passing notes in her classroom is forbidden and demands him to read it out loud to the entire English class. Cat does what he’s told resulting in him to be laughed at by the entire students. As his punishment, Sally makes Cat wear a dunce cap.
When class is dismissed, Cat tries to ask her to be his date for the reunion dance but Sally tells him that her boyfriend (the gym teacher) wouldn't like it. Her boyfriend is revealed to be Cliff, who invites her to the gym to see Cat climb the rope. She calls Cat a loser which causes him to be determined to make it to the top.
Cat rings the bell at the top of the rope and Sally is impressed. Cat wins her heart and tells Cat to pick her up at 7:00 to take her to the dance. As things were starting to work out well, Rancid pulls Cat over to see his driver's license and finds out he doesn’t have one and Dog is able to drive. Sally says to Cat “I knew you were a loser!”
Appearance
Sally wears a dark purple skirt with a light purple turtleneck sweater, white high heeled boots, red lipstick and wears her hair down. Later on, she wears a sleeveless long, dark purple dress and her hair was tied in an upper bun.
