Tired of Dog's behavior, Cat tells Dog that there is a new law that requires all dogs to be leashed. He then trains Dog to be a "good dog", however this backfires as Dog doesn't want to run around or play anymore.
Trivia[]
- This is the first time that Dog wears a leash.
- Dog cannot read very well as shown by him struggling to read the "No Parking On Grass" sign.
- This episode brings into question the relationship between dogs and the other animals, as dogs are shown to be pets but are also sentient/anthropomorphic.
- CatDog are the only recurring characters that appear in this episode
- In real life, there are laws to keep dogs on leashes. So in a sense, Cat's "lie" was actually the truth.
