Mean Bob is a reccuring character in CatDog
and a famous person in the series. He is an actor who plays Mean Bob, a superhero who Dog admirers. His catchphrase is "I'm Mean Bob and I'm mad! " In "The Collector", he has a successful toy line that was favored by CatDog: Dog to play with and Cat to collect and resell. Mean Bob has an arch enemy called Evil Eric who gained a more successful toy line. In "Spaced Out", he had a movie called "Mean Bob's in Space" that was so popular, Dog went to see it several times, much to Cat's annoyance. Cat tries to sabotage the movie in the theater by cutting the film strip, but he gets sucked into the projector and him and Dog end up the movie, much to Dogs delight and Cat's dismay. An attempt to escape, Cat messes with Big Bob's ship, sending the title character hurtling out out of the ship and into the sun, where he parishes. In "Dog Show", the actor, Mean Bob makes an appearance as a judge at the Nearburg Dog Show.
