Ingrid 2 is a twin sister of Ingrid 1 from episode "Armed and Dangerous". She’s a light blue Swedish cat with short dirty blonde hair styled into a Bob, wears pink lipstick and often wears a blue leotard. Her sister, Ingrid 1 goes on a date with her pen pal Cat, unaware that he lied about himself, including being a gourmet chef, a black belt and a regular cat instead of a CatDog. After a mishap of Cat trying to disguise Dog and an argument resulting in exposing Cat as a catdog to Ingrid. Ingrid is shocked at first, but reveals that she to has a confession and removes her dress to reveal she had been sitting on Ingrid 2's head to herself look taller. Cat is happily surprised referring to the them as a "double bodied oddity", but Ingrid 1 and Ingrid 2 are more interested in talking to Dog about his cooking skills.
Ingrid 2 is more stern and apathetic which contradicts with her twin sister, Ingrid 1 who was more nice and optimistic. Cat continues to pursue them both but they find themselves either more interested in Dog or into dating celebrities.
In "Dog Ate It" , Ingrid 2 is angered with CatDog after Dog interrupted their dance by eating everything at the club, claiming they stepped on her toes and ate her sister. Ingrid 1 is heard saying "Ja!" from inside Catdog's stomach and angrily walks away.
