Ingrid 1 is Cat's Swedish pen pal. She’s also the twin sister of Ingrid 2 from episode "Armed and Dangerous".
She’s a light blue cat with platinum blonde hair worn in braided pigtails and has pink lipstick. She first appears tall and wearing a long blue dress. She was attracted to Cat, unaware he lied about himself including being a gourmet chef, a black belt and a regular cat instead of a CatDog. Cat intended to disguise Dog's with the old rear end costume. Unfortunately, Cat got his hands stuck in a pickle jar, resulting in having Dog's arms pretend to be Cat's. Dog is able to help Cat impress Ingrid with his cooking skills. However, a confrontation with Cliff and an argument between the two brothers results in the costume getting ripped, exposing Cat as a catdog to Ingrid. Ingrid is shocked at first but reveals that she to has a confession and removes her dress to reveal she’s actually two twin sisters stacked on top of each other and both named Ingrid. Cat is happily surprised referring to them as a "double bodied oddity", but Ingrid and Ingrid 2 are more interested in talking to Dog about his cooking skills.
Ingrid is often nice and optimistic wears a red leotard and pigtails, while her sister Ingrid is more stern and apathetic and wears a blue leotard and a bob haircut. Cat continues to pursue them both but they find themselves either more interested in Dog or into dating more famous people.
