Plot
Winslow's niece and nephew, named Brat and Runt, visit and harass Winslow so bad he decides to retire. Meanwhile, Brat and Runt torture CatDog as well just because they thought they did what they did to Winslow only for fun. Soon, CatDog tries to convince Winslow to come back. He refused to because he can't even say his catchphrase "What are you nuts" or laugh because of his niece and nephew. But then he eventually does come back and asks for a harassing match. Whoever can harass the best gets to stay with CatDog. Winslow easily wins the match, and Brat and Runt are forced to go back home to their mother.
Trivia
- This is the only episode where both Cat and Dog show concern for Winslow.
- Although this episode premiered in 2003 as original and 2011 as re-release, it was produced in 2000 according to the copyright date at the end of the credits.
