Feline (pronounce Fe-leen) is the main antagonist of the episode "The Cat Club". She owns and runs the Cat Club, with her goals being the elimination of all dogs, and anyone who associated themselves with dogs. She created this machine which resembles a giant vacuum. Its purpose was to suck up all dogs and their associates, although it was unclear what Feline was planning to do to the dogs after capturing them. It can be assumed that she was either going to make them into slaves, or keep them locked up.

Feline has grey fur with brown hair. She has red lipstick, a red dress, and black high heels. Her nose is also purple like Dog's.

- Feline exhibits all the attributes of a cult leader- Superiority complex, brainwashing, and wanting to eliminate anyone who disagrees with her.
- Gail Mathius is also the voice of Molly Coddles.
