Plot
It has been exactly one year since Dog saved Rancid's life, so the town is celebrating with a Dog The Mighty day. Cat, however, refuses to be Dog's sidekick as he thinks that it is embarrassing. When Randolph hears that Dog doesn't have a sidekick anymore, he decides to step up. Throughout the rest of the episode, Cat is abused and forgotten as Dog and his new sidekick Randolph are celebrated. Cat devices a plan to get to make the public see that Dog doesn't have superpowers by making a statue fall onto Rancid. Instead, Dog manages to save Rancid's life again. Cat, however, becomes Dog's sidekick once again as he had managed to "catch" the falling statue. However, Cat is now the third sidekick alongside Dog The Mighty and Randolph as Catboy. Cat's new sidekick name is Kid Kitty.
