CatDog try to find Captain Orangebeard's long lost treasure at the bottom of the ocean. The Greasers overhear CatDog and try to get it before them.
Trivia[]
- Strangely, no director is credited, making this the only episode whose director is unknown.
- This episode is sometimes referred to as "CatDog Cousteau". Cousteau is a reference to Jacques Cousteau, a French explorer who created scuba gear and also studied all forms of underwater life.
- Cat references previous episodes where they suddenly got rich.
- This episode, and a previous episode called "Royal Dog", show that other catdogs have existed before CatDog themselves
- This is the final episode to use traditional cel animation. Starting in Season 4, the series switched to digital ink and paint, which was previously tested in "No Thanks for the Memories".
