Cliff gets trapped under an enormous pile of weights at the gym. He vows to give up his mean ways when he finally frees himself. Shriek and Lube do not like this change and try to revert him to his old ways, while Cat remains cautious of him believing that he is planning something. While CatDog go on a picnic, Cliff, in his greaser jacket and muscular body, comes with an umbrella, Cat thought he was gonna kill them but Cliff was being kind just to give them some shade. Shriek and Lube arrive at the picnic and Cat wanted to offer them some punch, until Shriek answers his question that they only came for "punch-ing", meaning her and Lube are gonna start beating up CatDog. This makes Cliff reach his breaking point and he starts beating up Shriek and Lube instead, and yells at them to leave the picnic and stop bullying CatDog. He then offers the duo (CatDog) if they're interested in lemonade or ice tea. Cat congratulates Cliff for being nice the whole time and he gives them a hug. Cliff then leaves to get some firewood so he and the duo can prepare roasted marshmallows, until a tree falls on him, making him revert from being nice to the usual mean Cliff he was. He comes to Shriek and Lube (who is tied in a knot) changing his mind that he wants to beat up CatDog again. Shriek and Lube agrees but they make a deal that they gotta beat up the "Skinny Cliff" guy who attacked them for hurting CatDog. They do so and the episode ends with Lube saying "This is the stupidest ending ever!".

- Mervis' full name is revealed in this episode by Dunglap. His last name is 'Pantry'
- According to Lube, life is worth a $1.80
- Cliff and Dog pronounced "Lemonade" as "Lemon-odd"
- Lube breaks the 4th wall at the end of the episode saying "This is the stupidest ending ever!", acknowledging the episode's weak ending.
- Over eight deleted scenes were revealed in the storyboards during the making of this episode. It consists of Lube getting his eyebrows sucked by a vacuum cleaner and Cliff exiting MuscleMania, then he apologizes to the feeble guy for grabbing a pair of scissors and cut off the wire of his temperature, he fixes it to make him feel better and then gives him a kiss, finally he gives money to a group of kids to help them buy new toy marbles and leaves until the guy who started to feel better snatched the kids's money and ran off.
